Oberhaus is a spacious holiday house near Kappl in the Paznaun Valley. It is located only a hundred meters above Kappl in a very quiet and sunny location.  It is located in the hamlet of Oberhaus with a magnificent view over the Paznaun Valley.  Only 3 km away from Kappl Centre.

In winter time, the ski bus passes three times in front of the house to pick you up. In the evening Oberhaus offers you the unique possibility to “ski in” from the Kappl ski area.  There is also still the ski bus to bring you back home.
